Stacy facilitated our discussions around our Business values and Brand Promises. In all we had almost 4 hours of synthesizing, analyzing, and sharing and learning – it was a lot! What came out of it? A better understanding of our current challenges. The top two:

- Metrics – are we counting the right beans?
Having someone assuring you take the time to pause and reflect on how you are doing, what is going well and what isn’t is so important. Left to my own devices I would keep pushing forward, refuse to look back and see how far I have come and tell myself I am not trying hard enough to reach where I am headed.
