An important thread of her spiritual journey has been the uncovering, maybe even reconciliation? with her Feminine, which led her to support others into navigating the Masculine / Feminine polarity, especially in business.
Stacy works with entrepreneurs and investors and sees first hand how masculine vs feminine energy plays out, both from the investor and business owner point of view.
In this clip, her description of the qualities found in women led business, synchronistically resonates with the book I’m just reading at the moment, “Twelve and a Half”, by Gary Vaynerchuk, that honours the vertues in business of qualities such as empathy, patience, kindness, which we may qualify as “feminine”, alongside some that we may qualify more masculine such as ambition, tenacity..
We discussed with Stacy how this is all a question of energy, masculine vs feminine, rather than gender. She gives the example of one of her female clients who got to rely on her business partner to communicate in investment conversations, because she admits her too “aggressive” style was putting investors off.
Conversely, I’ve always appreciated Gary V’s advocacy of kindness in business, and based on my conversation with Stacy, I can see how as a male business owner he’s embraced long ago the feminine energy qualities that Stacy see bring success to women led businesses.
As spiritual beings we are here to experience the 3 dimensional material world with his polarities: the Masculine and Feminine are one of them, and I couldn’t have found a better interlocutor to discuss it.
